In this class we build the foundations of our mobility. We will focus not only on improving our flexibility but above all on controlling our strength at the end of the range of motion, using different techniques and approaches.
Improve strength by integrating two fundamental practices:
– The handling of functional tools (Kettlebell, Steelbell, Steelmace and Bulgarian bag), the aim of which is not to target a muscle but to engage and coordinate the whole body.
– Mastery of traditional movements (deadlift, squat) which remain the best methods to increase lower body strength.
In this class we will build strength using only our body weight.
For this, this practice is based on disciplines such as gymnastics and calisthenics.
In this class we will learn how to put ourselves on our hands
You will be guided from learning the foundations such as alignment or joint preparation to more advanced practice such as press to handstand or one arm handstand.
In this class we will learn to build a dialogue with the ground, gravity and our own body.
Rolling, crawling and acrobatics will allow us to explore different ways of moving and thus increase coordination, balance and mobility.
Our senior movement class is designed for anyone who wants to improve balance, strength, mobility and
coordination. Whether you are aiming to improve your overall fitness or looking to maintain and improve your physical capabilities as you age, this course provides a supportive space to achieve your goals. Join us to move, strengthen and play together!
