My passion for movement came through artistic and aerobic gymnastics which I practiced for several years. A taste for sport led me to fitness training, particularly Pilates, and I made it my profession.
In 2014 I discovered Movement through online coaching with Ido Portal, and I deepened my knowledge of its method through several Movement Camps.
His approach inspired me to expand my knowledge. Indeed, during my lessons, I often meet students with various pathologies. By seeking to help them in a complementary way, I discovered the Rolfing® structural integration method, and I became a therapist.
My professional goal is to combine the holistic approach of Rolfing with the benefits of Movement to help my students give the best of themselves.

Sprauel
Having practiced a wide range of sports since a very young age, such as American football, gymnastics or even capoeira to name just three, it was obvious to revolve my life around physical preparation and sports practice.
A graduate of the State Certificate of Sports Educator, I became passionate about Movement in 2012 and since then I have continued to study and train with the best coaches in the field across the globe. With 8 years of experience as a Movement coach, my life project is to transmit my knowledge, my experience and my passion to my students.

My passion for physical preparation was born from more than a decade spent in the world of professional football.
My specialty lies in Calisthenics, a discipline that mixes strength, mobility, and balance exercises all using only the weight of one’s own body.
Over the years, my knowledge has deepened, and my curiosity about movement has continued to grow. My goal is to guide students on the path to well-being by providing the knowledge, skills and support necessary to achieve their goals.

My athletic journey began at a very young age. Having actively played at various levels and competitions in basketball, football and volleyball, to name a few, has provided me with a solid foundation for my future as an athlete.
Coming out of university, competitive and team sports were replaced by the gym where in 2012, I met Maxime Sprauel, who helped me discover and embrace the wonderful practice of movement.
I am also proud to be a member and one of the founders of the first Movement studio in Geneva. Although I am not an instructor, I bring professional expertise and experience in the field of accounting and business administration.
